Open Question: Can you put a GPS tracker on a cell phone and not be able to know it's there?

I know this question is a little crazy and I seem like a creeper, but it's not what you think lol. I just want to know if I install a gps tracker on a cell phone will the owner of the cell phone know that they are being tracked. What free softwares can I use to do this? Some that won't drain the phone battery either!

My mom is constantly tracking my every move, and I am about to be 19. How do you deactivate the GPS from finding you? I've tried to turn it off but nothing works! I might just have to pay for a plan separately. Helpful answers only please :)

Open Question: Does Nike+ track your distance using GPS?

So my friend that I run with has a watch that uses GPS to tell us how far we've gone. It doesn't display a GPS map or anything, just uses GPS to be completely accurate. I wanted one for myself and found them to be quite expensive. I purchased a Nike+ instead because it was only $20 and I already had a iPod Touch 4th Generation. My question is: Does the Nike+ track my distance through GPS, or does it just count my steps? I know with the Nike+ GPS app for iPhone it tracks you with GPS and even tracks your route, but I don't have an iPhone, just and iPod Touch. If the Nike+ does not use GPS to track my exact distance, then how accurate is it?

Open Question: Is there anything I can do to get what I deserve after having my car broken into as I am at work?

I work at the mall, we are to park up above a yellow line that is out of the one cameras range, so we are promised the mall security is watching our vehicles. Yet my car was broken into, they pulled out the plastic seal and knocked my window off track and unlocked my doors, stole my gps and zune and purse (basically a makeup bag) and my boyfriends wallet because it fell out of his pocket. I am not looking for rude comments on how I should have left that stuff at home. Due to the fact they are ment for the car, I had them hidden but apparently people are too ignorant to work for their own things they got to break into a 20 year olds car when I am barely making enough to support my son to the best of my abilities. I had my items hidden, I bought them, I worked for them my doors were locked and my windows were up. I am just looking on help. The cops arent doing anything, won't take finger prints, the gps company said they cant track my magellan roadmap gps, and my pap only has partial coverage for the insurance so basically all that says, "you got robbed you're shit out of luck" If you know any way I can fight for what I need or track anything please give me a hint. Thank you.

My friend told me that i should buy an iPad she said this in these words: Friend-Dont buy an iPad Just some goddamn government leash that the government tracks you and your whereabouts 24/7 with their GPS device. They can listen to all your conversations, whether its "turned on" or not.
